What the Future Holds with Enhanced Never-Before-Seen LED firefly Lamps

Currently, the Twilight Awakes firefly LED simulation emulates the "breathing effect" flash pattern of certain firefly species. Other species have a variety of flash patterns ranging from simple on-off singular flashes to complex flash patterns with multiple flashes. Some are even a combination of flickering and breathing effects.

Twilight Awakes is actively exploring creating other effects to enhance your firefly Mason Jar garden lamp experience. Enhanced firefly effects will include new many variations on the use of newer technologies.

The possibilities are almost endless.

Here are a few in their early planning stages:

1. Fireflies that change color over part or even all of the firefly-related visible color spectrum.
2. Different firefly flash patterns, supplied singly or in symphony form.
3. Simulated firefly movement in a Mason Jar.
4. Synchronized fireflies, (not fudged but properly done).

Never-before-seen effects using combinations of the 4 listed above

There are a number of wonderful recent advancements in technology. LEDs have advanced in efficiency and output power. They have also advanced in imbedded microchip technology that has enabled them to flicker, flash, "breathe", and produce all the colors of the rainbow.
